Dr Fred Aubert was fabulous. He listened and made referrals based on my needs and clearly explained what the next steps would be and did not go straight to prescribing medication as others have done. As a patient I felt like he listened and made genuine recommendations and referrals, I did not feel like a number. I am so thankful I found Dr Fred Aubert!
I was able to get a new patient appointment set up with no problems. The appointment seemed to go fine - I was not a fan of being told that a prescription medication has "zero" side effects but I let it go. Everything went south AFTER the new patient appointment. I have tried a MINIMUM of eight times to get in touch with them and have only had a return voicemail once. Needless to say, I am not going back to this offoce. I am requesting a referral to a completely different practice for my neuro needs.
I came here for help with my neck and left shoulder pain. I had a C-Spine MRI done which showed multiple issues from C2 through C5. They order a Radiology test for my left shoulder, which was negative. I knew it was not a shoulder issue PA Ellison called me back after Dr Feldman read my test results. I was told they could not help me….? I went and saw Dr Aaron Creek, an Ortho-spine Dr. He did a 4 level ACDF and fixed all my issues. I now feel great no thanks to this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I felt like they just did not care and the fact I was told they could not help me, but another Dr was able to fix all my problems with 1 surgery reenforced that feeling.
Reached out in early Jan to get an appt as I changed providers and it has been a hassle since the beginning. Fast fwd to Apr and I still have not gotten an appt on cancellation list for 2 months and due to scheduling reasons doctor cancellation or my business travels we could never get make it work. So I asked if telehealth, FaceTime, Zoom meeting w/the doctor was an option so I could get a refill on my meds. I was told no, I asked why and because I was a new patient there are forms that needed to be signed, so I asked for them to be emailed and I would take care of this so I could see the doc. Again I was told no. I called today and was told they will no longer accept me as a patient and but would not tell me the reason why. She said this was documented in your folder since March 16. I ask why didn't someone tell me last month...again no answer. What a poorly run office and sad resemblance of customer service. If you need a Neurologist, keep looking because this place isn't it.
Wonderful staff and Dr. Aubert is very sharp and pleasant to speak with, but will also fight for you. They have helped me fight for my life back. I was dx with transverse myelitis and have been struggling learning to walk again, fighting with back pain and other issues. These guys have been with me the whole way. 10/10
Very rude office staff! I haven’t even seen the doctor yet but the front office staff is very rude and disrespectful. They do not care for the patients at all.
Wonderful doctors and staff.
