Couldn't ask for better. Well kept and so quiet. Close to visitor center and multiple opportunities to see wildlife. Shower was a perk and the views made it even better. This is a gem.

What an incredible place to camp! Excellent views, it is a lovely stroll to the visitors center, great bathrooms and hot showers, and more. The hikes nearby are breathtaking! You won't want to miss the star party on Saturday nights. This is a dark sky park for a good reason. It is above 10,000 feet in elevation, so it gets windy and very cold at night, even in mid-summer. We went July 8th thru 10th in 2016 and the Wild Flower Festival was also going on. It was my favorite camping trip ever. Cedar Breaks is marvelous with wondrous geological formations, beautiful wild flowers, and great rangers.

This is usually one of our favorite campgrounds because if the flush toilets and hot showers, but we were really disappointed this last time. Restrooms were not clean and garbage pails full. Camp hosts not there when sign says they were. 7/4-6/2017

AWESOME place to stay! Get away from the crowds, embrace the quiet, and enjoy the majestic night sky! I love this little campground and was so happy that we got a perfect spot to pitch our tent. No tent pads, but fairly level ground in tent-friendly indicated spots. Clean bathrooms and a HOT shower that was heavenly after a long day hiking. The water here tastes good too! You can walk a short distance to the hike around Cedar Breaks viewpoints. Keep in mind that you are staying around 10,000 ft above sea level, so take it easy and drink plenty of water. Alert the campground host if you need to leave early (the host is really nice).
