Camping within the peaceful  pines, with beautiful views, well maintained facilities, nicely stocked small gift shop, and very nice helpful staff. Within close proximity of Bryce and other sites, but just far enough out of town to relax. This is a keeper. 
The only thing lacking is refill on propane service for our Motorhome.

Half decent. Made the reservation expecting every single CG in the park to be full. But there was a spot left at 4pm on a Saturday which was strange. The campsite itself was fine but was located about 80 feet from highway 12 with views and noise from the cars going by. Additionally pretty dusty. It is nice that the showers are free but they're not very well maintained and don't have a door that locks etc... That can be taken with a grain of salt. 

I would likely give 2 stars if I didn't have to go into a chevron to reserve the campsite. And then to observe the chevron employee refuse to tell a lady where the bathroom was, all because he was ringing up another customer.

Terrible experience in this dust bowl.  100% gravel and dust, not that I'm opposed to that, just know you will get dusted out.  What was horrible was arriving after 10 pm and trying to find correct RV spot.  Drove around 40 minutes trying to figure this out.  Camp spot number was 1) covered up by reservation from prior camper and 2) located not in front of spot but on next road over behind the spot.   What??!!  There were zero directional signs and map did not match because the revamped and did not update map.  Just does not seem like these people know how to run a business.  Also, Wifi is advertised but they don't tell you only available if you are in store.  BUT, even at store it would not work "yeah, we've been having problems with that lately".   THEN FIX IT OR DONT ADVERTISE IT!

Lacking in customer service. Blamed handicapped customer for not making reservation correct even though they had it written down as he requested. Complained too many people arrived at same time, overwhelmed and unorganized. Free wifi is in one small room at store only. No bathrooms in camp, must hike to store. No service animals allowed in store or wifi room even when presented with certificate. Two stars only for man offering tools so we could fix an auto issue.

Check in/out was easy, everything was clean and the staff was so friendly. They even let us borrow a sleeping pad because we had forgotten one.
