Went there today for lunch. Food was very good as always.  I wont ever go back!!! Mainly because my bill was $38 and I paid with a $20 bill and 3 $10 bills. The waitress never asked if I needed change or brought my change back. She pretty much stole 12 bucks from me because there was no way she deserved a 12 dollar tip. The reason the waitress did not deserve a big tip or a tip at all was because once we got our food we didn't see her for 20 min. I had to flag another waitress down for refills. I should have said something to the owner who was present and friendly as always. But I'm that guy who would freak out and start screaming at people and it just wasnt worth it. so I  just left and wont go back.  I've Never had a bad thing to say about poison ivy til today despite the stories I have heard from friends and co workers.

We visited on a Tuesday afternoon and it was lovely. Service was very friendly and the food was great! There was a bit of a wait but it was worth it. Try the sweet chili sauce and the $2 margaritas!

The service was exceptionally slow considering the time of day we visited. Our server seemed put out to refill a water glass and walked past our table to wait on another group without as much as a glance sideways or "how are things?". The "plating" of our sandwiches could not possibly account for a $50 visit to a small town bar for lunch on a Saturday afternoon...At least, I would have expected the offer of a glass for the $3.50 bottled domestic beer...

Great bar with great food!  Nice place to stop right off the Stone Bridge rails to trail.

The three stars isn't because of the food and drinks. Both of those are excellent, but i have yet to eat here and have good service. If they can get that sorted out, i would rate it much higher.
