BEWARE!!! Poliform's exceedingly expensive line may look good in their showroom, costing us a fortune to purchase, but CHEAP HORRIBLE QUALITY when delivered. HALF of the two large walk in closets we purchased BROKE THE DAY OF INSTALLATION. 100% UNUSABLE!!! They do not stand behind their product or warranty and REFUSE TO FIX. Their designers and sales personnel are DECEPTIVE, FRAUDULENT AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. If you buy products from these people YOU MAY HAVE TO SUE TO GET PROBLEMS RESOLVED. Months later we have hired attorneys who attempted to intercede on our behalf, but still repeated refusals to repair or replace faulty products from Poliform. Now we are suing for replacement and damages.

After spending a fortune on two customized walk in closets, designed by their designers, it came in and it had a hideous gap at the top that made it look like we bought ikea closets. their solution? to buy more custom material to fill in the gap and to pay more to have it installed. We purchased these items, waited 3 motnhs and then they came in and they were the wrong color! So they had to order more which would take ANOTHER 3 months. And what did they offer us? 250 dollars. And we still don't have it in the right color and we STILL have to pay to get them installed. After complained this was the response: "Thank you for your feedback. I’ll pass it along." WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT BUY. [DO NOT WORK WITH KATE GROGAN, TERRIBLE DESIGN AND IF POSSIBLE, EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE]
