Customer service at this location is terrible. The sauce lady is stingy with patrons who would like to borrow the oil and vinegar, instead of being on top of cleaning tables she is routinely just standing around and chatting away with another female coworker. Also the ladies behind the counter doing the final preparations for the food and calling out the customer's order numbers are oblivious to a customer standing and waiting to receive assistance with a special request. I had to say "excuse me" a couple times before the one lady acknowledged me and asked how she can help. I asked if she could cut my chicken, she replied with "aren't there knives at the sauce bar?" To which I stated "yes, but I'm asking you to cut it for me please...." She then cut it for me fine, but both experiences with both ladies were a little concerning. The "old school Cuban Grand Mother" might be charming for a novel customer, but for someone who frequently visits this establishment it is somewhat undesirable. In addition, the tables are off balance, making it difficult to eat comfortably. The food was great, as always, but the customer service needs to improve.

Very spacious design, food was freshly prepared and staff was friendly. Cleanliness was my major issue, floors, dispensers, displays etc.  drive through was efficient, ample parking and speed of service was not an issue.

Food good, feel fresh, and for good price they have good specials. Only problem here the service is a little bit slow , and huge lines to order sometimes, the should hire more people at least for the rush hours.

Came there last night and had an awful experience. When my friends and I tried to Relay our issues (missing cups, missing order) we were ignored completely because we said it in English. When I translated it into Spanish we actually got spoken to. When I got home I found that I actually had the wrong order, losing out on a total of 2 wraps.

Came this morning and relayed what happened. Received 3 wraps for free and was offered fries as well. Thanks for setting it right, but please get your night shift in order

My cashier " Ashley " did an Excellent job with my order and has a beautiful spirit with her job. She help me with some choices for my order and the meal was outstanding. Very good restaurant for your evening meal. 😊
