AVOID THIS DMV. IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MOST EMPLOYEES THERE ARE RUDE. Wow...Where to start. No one likes the DMV, I get that, but this one is horrible (and I've been to multiple DMVs in multiple states.) First, if you're going to have an app with wait times, etc, update the app. I arrived with the app stating 0min wait time (yes, refreshed app a few times) to find the line so long, it's wrapped around the building... the app STILL says 0min wait time. I stood OUTSIDE the building trying to get in for almost 2hrs. Then once in building, I waited in another line for 32min, just to get There is little parking at this location, forcing people to park in neighborhoods and walk over to DMV. I just moved to California...and HAVE to register my vehicle, get a new license, etc... and having lived here a month, I'm already being penalized for waiting, since I work Mon through Fri, and had to wait to earn time off from new job so I could go register, since this DMV keeps banking hrs and no appointments available unless 2months later. I had to use the bathroom there, since I was there a LONG time...Ya, don't...it's disgusting at best. Had to wait to have my vehicle "verified" since only one person doing that, and had to interrupt their personal chat with fellow employee, since they decided to stop mid verification to talk. Total time at DMV (Most of it waiting): 7hrs A couple of the employees were nice and helpful, but when I finally got to window to get license and register car for state, the employee was rude as hell, even when I tried to be nice and polite. Then when I called her on her rudeness and the ridiculous wait time, the employee said "Welcome to Californa." Like that would justify her bad attitude and the poor organizational properties of that DMV. In talking to neighbors, they all told me (after the fact) to avoid this DMV, and that others are a lot better. I honestly think a fire Marshall needs to come during business hours, this facility is in no way up to code, and well beyond max capacity.

Honestly I understand everyones frustration with the dmv, but this location is no different than others in California. It's is slow, and cramped, but so is every other DMV in California. Their parking lot is relatively small but again so are the others in this area. The people here are what you would expect, their just normal people, who's job is to deal with impatient customers who blaine them for everything that is not there fault. We simply need more dmvs in California,

I literally just left this DMV and instead of leaving with my new license I left with a panic attack. The loud mouth aggressive woman there with the mufasa highlighted hair and bad leg tattoo, who mind you is so rude she is refusing to answer anyones questions regardless of how simple it is to the point where she made the asian woman in front of me cry. Me and all the ladies around me - Speechless! So she proceeds to loudly get in my face telling me to "Move!" not "could you please step to the side?" uh uh "MOVE!" Where are your manners Mufasa? So then she get in my face yelling "What do you need?!" I'm literally just waiting with everyone else to go the to window and since she refuuuuused to answer anyones questions, Why answer mine? Beside, I didn't have one. "No I don't need your help." Woman: "Why is there a problem??" Me: "No I don't need your help mam and if you could please stop yelling at me because thats not how you talk to anyone." Woman:"I'm not yelling! (Echoed around entire room to where everyones looking at us) You know I already called law enforcement multiple times this week!" Me:"Okay and?? You threatening to call the cops on me because i said that I don't need your rude help? Get away from for the last time okay?" " Woman:"I'm gonna get my supervisor!" So at this point she is waving loudly for her supervisor and having some dramatic conversation with him. Literally everyone around me are like "Are you okay??" "You literally said nothing but get away from me!" "Why is she calling her supervisor? you said nothing!" I have horrible anxiety and at this point I'm shivering like I was sunbathing on an iceberg. This woman needs to stay behind counter AT ALL TIMES! She claims she's a people person with her voice yet literally everyone in that building was put into a horrible mood, felt degraded or not important by this woman. A mess mufasa

Pomona office doing a great job getting people in and out. The lady who was at window #2 was awesome. Very professional and friendly

Renewed my cdl today and I didn't have an appointment. Other than the wait time all went well, facility was clean and staff was friendly and very helpful. Actually my most pleasant experience at this office. Keep up the good work, hope the staff sees this review.
