At Pompeii Pizzeria our hearth oven
reaches temperatures over 750°
farenheit, cooking artisan pizzas
to create an authentic Neapolitan
experience. The small batches of dough made
daily are always at the right stage of development for
the perfect crust. Select a pizza with bright tomato
sauce blended from simple and fresh ingredients or try
the white sauce made from the finest Créme Fraiche for
a unique and delicious nutty flavor. All pizzas include
Sicilian olive oil, fresh mozzarella, parmesan cheese
and sea salt. The fresh mozzarella cheese is stretched
from curd every morning in the pizzeria to achieve the
best flavor and texture for our pizzas and salads.
We top our pizzas with fresh herbs including basil,
spinach and arugula. The finest available, our meats
include proscuitto, salami and pepperoni. Choose from
chef-selected combinations or create your own using
specialty toppings including chicken, kalamata olives,
artichokes and garlic.

This is some of the best Neapolitan style pizza I've had. My favorite combination is the Pear and Gorgonzola Salad and the Molto Piccante Pizza. They have a small but decent selection of beer and wine, and have many fun rotating pizzas and salads. The atmosphere is casual and fun, with Italian photos on the walls and Italian music playing. It's always busy, but never crowded. The pizzas only take a couple minutes to make in their 750 degree pizza oven so there's rarely much of a wait. My only complaint is that they refuse to do something as simple as leaving a topping off half of the pizza, stating firmly "No substitutions!"

Can be a tight space when it is busy, only reason I could even complain. The pizza is unique and the ingredients are truly authentic. Fresh taste, great experience!

Unfortunately, I am only left with the option to rate Pompeii one star; otherwise, I must say that my experience is nothing more than a zero star. My family and I grew to be a fan of Pompeii until our terrible experience on 6.27.17 by the Manager Brianna. We definitely will never go back. They made a simple mistake by giving my daughters pizza to a different table. That's absolutely fine- mistakes happen, we are human! When we mentioned the mistake to the front staff (two high school boys I believe), their response was rude and unapologetic. Then the manager, Brianna, interfered and raised her voice at my husband saying "well what do you want me to do? We don't have your pizza" along with other nonsense comments. Then when I approached Brianna and told her that I didn't appreciate her tone, she began yelling at me in front of other customers and my 3 year old daughter. At one point she even asked me to shut up and sit down. It was the most unprofessional demeanor I have ever witnessed at any establishment. I left everything and walked out with a headache. This could have been easily prevented by an "I'm sorry for the mistake, we'll have your pizza soon". Ultimately, the point of a restaurant review is to simply advise people where to eat. As pivotal as food is to a restaurant/dining/fast food experience; times like this shows us that in the end, it's not about the food, it's about how you as a customer are treated. I am a huge fan of family owned businesses. I'm confident that the owners are passionately committed in their business, and would want to know how it's managed without their presence. Hopefully, the owners become aware that their staff are not as passionate and committed in providing a good customer experience as they may be.

Best pizza place in the North Metro. Quick Service, awesome flavors, they change up seasonal menu, having monthly options to come in a try something new. I crave Pompeii Pizza.

The most fantastic pizza ive ever had. All healthy fresh ingredients. If your on a natural diet this would work great on a cheat day and not feel guilty. Love it!
