Had a really special time here, they helped track down our long lost relatives in the area and were wonderful hosts that go the extra mile. The place itself is awe inspiring, you wont be disappointed, great value, they could easily charge double.

I love this place! I hardly know where to begin! My experiences at the Pond House was absolutely fantastic! It is such a serene, secluded place, that I felt as if the world had slowed, just a little, just for me, so that I could really relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The Pond House is quaint and beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and authentic antiques. The rooms were immaculate and the homemade goodies served for breakfast made me want to move in permanently. I really enjoyed the large porch-perfect for nature watching, reading, or napping. I have stayed on more than one occasion and plan to do so again. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a romantic get-away, a peaceful writer's space, or just to re-charge your batteries. Not to mention, where else can you stay where you are surrounded by beauty and nature, and, be served a homemade breakfast at the rates charged here? You will not be disappointed.

Need a place to sit back, relax, ponder, meditate, contemplate, enjoy a quiet moment.....The Pond House B & B is the place . That is what I do there. Secluded, yet close to so much. Situated overlooking a lovely pond, you can sit on the porch and see am awesome amount of wildlife. I have seen bald eagles, hawks of all kinds, ducks, waterfowl of a wide variety, turtles, fish jumping, rabbits and songbirds galore. I am hoping to see the otters one day! Paddle boat across the pond and visit the Mallards Nest Antique Shop and Flights of Fancy Art Gallery. Walk thru the woods along a beautiful brook and hear and see the waterfalls. Just plain old relax and enjoy. Sit and read in a cozy living room, rock on the porch, take a nice nap in the comfortable bedroom. Visit the beautiful old New England town of Stafford Springs, plenty of good food and entertainment and things to see and do. 
PS breakfasts are awesome!!
