So there are a TON of pool and spas places but this one stands out!  Great selection staff that is not just seasonal but year round.  Mark and the family (owners) are great!  Know you by name there not only for the sale but after.  Highly recommend top 5 overall of any washington county business!!!

Sell junk and don't support customer. We have had it with them. UPDATE: They did advise us and offer to send a technician.

Sold us and installed our Viking Bermuda in-ground pool. Their workers were courteous and respected our property. Did a great job and are still good after the sale. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a pool.

I agree with the reviews and should have written one years ago really. We bought our pool from pool and spa outlet and didn't realize that we could have chosen between vinyl or aluminum for our top rails. The pool that we looked at had vinyl, but the one that they installed had aluminum. We were told that there was a warranty etc but when the paint started to peel after only 1 year we asked for help because it should have been covered by warranty. Neither Ashley nor Mark, who sold us the pool would help us. Instead, they gave us the name and email to a company out of Canada that manufactured the pool. We have never been able to reach the company and will be spray painting the rails this year because they are awful! They are more than happy to test your water for you, but only so they can sell you overpriced chemicals. What they should instruct you to do is have a back up filter, but really even those are overpriced! We found the filters online for literally 1/2 price and buy our chemicals online too. Even Pool City is less expensive! A pool and/or spa is a decent investment. Read the reviews and go elsewhere!

Had a tree fall into my pool, and had to replace the liner.  Pool & Spa Outlet was on point; they did not return one or two of my calls (lost messages) but that's the only complaint I have.  They ordered the liner quickly, installed it efficiently, took care of the two other issues I asked them to look at during installation, and even ordered the water trucks for me.  Really good experience.  A friend also got a hot tub from them, and she had a good experience as well.  I'm not saying any of the bad experiences listed below are not valid, but I found my entire experience with these guys to be a positive one.
