Great people. Darren and Josh were fantastic. Excellent service and professionalism. Very happy with the deal we made and also the entire process. I don't often leave online reviews but for Bobby Rahal BMW, who went above and beyond what any other dealer has done for me, I feel obligated.  I'm a "car guy" and have purchased from the following dealers in the past: Tesla, Range Rover, Mercedes, Porsche, Ferrari...plus high-end late 60's muscle cars.  This BMW dealership is first-class and over delivers.  (There is actually another BMW dealer less than one mile from my home, and I choose to deal with Bobby Rahal and their staff over my local dealership.) In the purchase of an X3 for our daughter I dealt firsthand with my salesperson Josh Morrison (never have had better, EVER!) as well as the following at the dealership: Demond Nixon, John Oswald, and Tim Brady, all of whom were top-notch.  Unfortunately, I'm one of "those customers," who asks a lot of questions, is demanding, and has the highest expectations.  This was an A++ transaction with no missteps along the way with exemplary customer service.  How good was it?  Truth is, I would love to have any of these people working in my own company.  They all receive my highest recommendation for any purchase new or pre-owned, near or far.  Well done, gentlemen!  Very well done.

Fantastic place to buy your car. Staff is friendly and courteous. Tom M was our sales rep and was wonderful to deal with. No pressure to buy and gave us great info about our new car. We will be back to purchase another car from him!

Amazing team from Darren, Tim, Kim and Angelina and the Joe the BMW Genius.   Now I have a gem sitting on my driveway, and it is an awesome car.   I would take my car there for Rahal to care for it, and then when the time comes buy my next car there too.

Nice new facility. Excellent customer service that should be the industry norm but it's not. Never had a bad experience even after 40-50 visits since 2010. They'll keep you coming back especially after being in their top-notch loaner vehicles every single service visit
