Have used the Lock Doc 2x. When we first moved in he re keyed our locks and even swapped 2 locks since it worked better for us. He was very prompt, friendly, and fair on pricing.   One day a lock broke and he came by and fixed it at no charge.  I highly recommend him.

I placed an urgent call today to the Lock Doc because I was locked out of my office due to a digital combination lock problem.  He came right away, was competent, and fixed the problem in short order. Am so grateful!!!

My husband lost his car key and was stuck at work on a Friday evening. I called around for pricing and The Lock Doc was the most reasonable. They came out as soon as we called and took great care of us. Terry went above and beyond to help us with the paperwork we needed for insurance. Thank you again Lock Doc, definitely recommend this company.

Fast service, professional, and very impressed w/ their pricing. 
He came out the same day I called, and spent several hours fixing all our random lock & door problems.

The owner, Terry, has my highest approval rating. I was locked out of my car after losing my keys and he drove all the way from Ringgold to north Chatt as he was near closing time to help me out. Not only was he swift and knowledgeable, he was very kind and helpful throughout this whole stressful situation. Not to mention copying my apartment key for me as well so I didn't have to drive elsewhere and not charging me for it. You will get value and quality if you go with the Lock Doc! Thanks Terry!
