Today was my first time ever eating at Popeyes and the food is amazing! The lady who was working the drive through was very helpful and patient with helping me decide. She made the experience even better! I will most definitely be visiting the Popeyes in Bessemer again!

Horrible service! I went through the drive thru ask for a kids meal with a tender. She ask if I wanted to wait, I ask how long was she talking, she said about 4 minutes. I said that’s fine. Told me to pull around. I did then they let me sit there about 2 minutes before she came to window and ask what I wanted. I said the kids meal I had ordered. She mumbled something walked off looked at something and came back to tell me they don’t sale kids meals! She said did you see that on the sign back there? I said yes. She went to close window and I ask what about the wicked chicken that was advertised on the door right by me. No we don’t sale that either. I honest feel that no matter what I ask for it would not have been available. I will never go back!

Can you give a place no stars? Their air conditioning was broken, the service was slower than Christmas, and they were not friendly at all.

Customer service is horrible. I waited over 30 minutes for chicken and when I finally got my order is was wrong. I called to give my complaint the person I talked to was very rude. I will not spend my money here again. Zero stars is what I really wanted to give. This rating isn’t from one bad experience I had at least 3 within the past six months

Love Popeyes chicken. But they rang up my order wrong and when I said something the manager acted as of it was my fault. To correct my order I had to pay an extra $5 for the difference, which was ok for me; I wanted what I ordered. But I was treated as if I was asking for something for free, which I wasn't. I paid the extra still smiling and then they left out my peppers!
