Took my elderly mom to lunch. They were very courteous. We were seated quickly and close to the salad bar. Mom is not strong and cannot stand for long periods or walk very far. Our waitress was kind and attentive. The salad bar was clean and well stocked. I had the delicious roasted tomato soup.

Good, quick service! Salad bar was great as always!  This is one chain restaurant that continues to impress me with a simple menu and good service at affordable pricing.

When we we're finally seated, the sick toddler of a family beside the booth was laying on the table, and had just wet himself. The server was still going to put us there without cleaning the table until we asked for a different one. We then waited for twenty minutes without even being acknowledged by the waitress much less asked what we wanted to drink. When two other groups were seated and served instantly, we left. 

I hate to be "that guy" but the fact is, the hostess seemed to divide the guests up into two groups .. tables on the right were seated only with black customers, and the tables on the left were exclusively white customers. When we left, two other tables walked out as well, telling us the same thing happened to them. It honestly seemed like they simply didn't want to serve us. 

Racism is alive and well in Alabama. It's just the opposite of how it used to be. So if you happen to have light skin, they're likely to put you at a dirty table and give you poor service on purpose

Place was to cold,waiter was not up to par. Not a very friendly atmosphere. My lady friend could not even eat her food because it was so cold.😞😞
