We ordered a 10-piece Family meal. 10 pieces of mild chicken, 2 large sides and 5 biscuits. They didn't hesitate to take our payment, and then only afterward did they let us know "For mild, we only have breasts. The legs and wings are only in spicy." We agreed, since they had already taken our payment and we were hungry, but a few seconds later, my wife made a comment to me how they didn't mention anything about thighs. We confirmed to the person that handed us our food and she told us there are all the types of pieces inside. We came home and opened the bag to find they had only included 9 pieces of chicken: 3 wings, 3 legs, 2 breast, and 1 thigh. Different than what the ticket called for see pic. How are you gonna substitute a wing for a thigh and leave out a whole thigh?!? Also the large sides were not filled up properly. The biscuits were the only part of the meal they got right. Go somewhere else for food, if you value your time and money.
So we like Popeyes and about once a month or so I stop and get my boyfriend and I lunch legot I have $50 in ones’s because due to covid it was exact change or card so I started saving ones for themwith my daughter….so last week I stop grab lunch get to his work and you’d be amazed how GROSS AND DRY this chicken is without sauce especially when you said it 8 times, SWEET HEAT and it’s on the receipt seven times!!! Also got nuggets that also went to waste because we had no sauce! $50 in chick and no sauce was a waste of money BIG TIME!!! This isn’t the ONLY time this has happened smh! The sauce truly makes the chicken because without it, ITS DRY AS HELL!!!
We ordered online it says it will be ready in 15 mins. We give them 20 mins before we came in to make sure it will be ready by then. We got in and nobody acknowledges us. I had to say something before they start talking to us. Unacceptable to have not the food ready since there’s like 10 employeesmost of them chit chatting!in the kitchen! Terrible service and no since urgency! What a waste of time!
Had to do drive threw and as doors were closed. After we got our order I pulled out and I thought I should check it. Yep! not every was in there. I went to the door and knocked just to show my recipe and asked for missing items. There was a lady sitting RIGHT by the door on the computer, a young kid walking from behind the counter with food to a table that all saw me. Neither did anything. I knocked a few more times and a nother young guy saw me that was working behind the counter, did nothing. I went to get my phone to call and the number and it rang 4 times, had a message and hung up. By that time the lady that was at the table was now at the counter talking to a nother girl that was on her phone, I knocked, they both looked at me, I showed them my recipe and one turned around and the other went back and look back at her phone. They was Nothing on the door that said they wouldn't open to help a customer with missing items. I would have had to go BACK through the drive through were there was about 10 cars. AND!!!! Just LOOK at this Mac n cheese!!!! O.M.G this is awful and at $5 tub. Other then maybe chicken, we won't be getting anything from here again.
The drive thru took almost 45 minutes to get me my food. This location sure knows how to take the fast out of fast food. Service was terrible, my bun was black and burnt, no pickles when I asked for extra pickles, no bbq sauce. The inside was closed so I couldn't even get the sauce and I damn sure wasn't going to wait 40 more minutes in the drive thru to have my order fixed. Basically everything but the apple pie was wrong or terrible. The apple pie was delicious. What a terrible experience. This was only my second time ever going to Popeyes. I will probably never go back to this location.
We ordered a 3pc combo with fries and a 5 piece tender with mashed potato’s and mac and cheese. Not even close to the right order, I get y’all are busy but to mess up my order then tell me I can come back tomorrow and tomorrow only to get it fixed. If I could rate the service worse I would Update my spouse went in to get the order and they told her told her to yeah not our problem. Absolutely the worst, 0/5 stars save your time and money and just go KFC, Izelles or Chickflia
Took the kids to popeyes for the first time. I ordered myself the sandwich for dinner As i was driving, This ended up being my dinner... Lesson here: Order more sandwiches or else you will be hungry for dinner. 10/10 stars. Easily.
The worst service I’ve experienced in any food establishment. And I’m not the type of guy to post any reviews but this needed to be said. Customer servicing is at the lowest point possible. Basically whatever you order you’ll have to go through a 10-30 minute deliberation after just waiting a 20 min in line just to get your meal and pricing correct. You’re better off either avoiding or going to a different establishment.
Waited around 15 minutes in line which is always huge, but was only 4 cars this time and when I finally got to the speaker I'm told that all they have are chicken sandwiches and chicken. Then, another 10 minutes to get to the window and a few waiting to be told that I need to go park to wait on fresh chicken filets. How could they be so slow if they only have two menu items? If I weren't trapped in the car line I would have left. Definitely never coming again.
I placed my order via Popeyes App. Expecting hot-food and decent service. When I got to the restaurant the young and very rude females told me to go through the drive-thru. I explained to the female I'm not driving. I showed her my mobile receipt for my order. The females began laughing that I wasn't able to pick up my order. So I patiently, waited for my food. One of them began to taunt me, by saying "you ain't got no car, no chicken fo" Then another female came to the door and said, "drive-thru." I kindly said, "I didnt drive here." The worker was dressed inappropriately and not professional. She rolls her eyes at me. Gives me a bag and quickly locks the door. To my surprise their was no receipt attcahed to my bag. Whenever a mobile order is placed, your suppose to get a receipt. Plus, I was missing my rice and beans. So I patiently waited at the door. Until finally, the manager came. I clearly and concisely explained to her my minor frustration and the items missing. She, then begins to question me as to where I got my food. I informed her that, I placed my order via the app. And, explained calmly to her that the app gave me a choice pick-up in lobby or drive-thru. I further explained that I wanted a receipt for my order. This manager didn't hesitate any further at this point. My total time wasted was 20 minutes and my food wasn't hot. Very, very disappointed in the lack empathy and customer service. To make things worse 2 male employees was parked outside. When both males got out of car, one was trying to pull up his pants and boxers while he approached the building. I dont know what they was doing out in the front of your Popeyes business. However, it doesn't give off a presence that the workers care. One of the male employees told me, not enough workers here. And, that I would need to go through drive thru. I explained to him I had no car. This man, reached in his pants fondled himself and told me, "He would get my order." I am requesting a refund for this horrible experience.
