I don’t know if I wanna go back to this one in particular. Ordered me Two chicken legs with a biscuit and a drank. They had no sweet tea or hot sauce which was cool I guess I live out with my favorite items with chicken legs. Anyways I waited literally 20 minutes and I just took my order and left. When I got Home I only saw one chicken leg and a thigh that barely had any meat on it. Was disappointed. I love Popeyes but idk if I’ll be back .
My parents and I went here waited 45 minutes for our food. Told us they were out of shrimp, spicy chicken, and they ordered beignets waited until they got their food to tell us they didn't have beignets. My mom ordered extra biscuits even asked the woman serving us if she put then in the bag. She told her yes, well we went home and no biscuits. Just terrible service we won't be going here again and don't recommend others do either.
Great chicken, got the 8 piece. Chicken is so crispy and tasty. The wait for our food was a little long but it's worth it.Food: 4/5
My husband made a stop on the way home. Apparently there some mix up between staff. The girl that took his order told him there were wings, but after ringing the sale another guy called him back to the counter to tell him there wasn’t any. The same young lady who rang him up came back to the front and said they had some and she would have the cook make some more…. At that moment the young man Roderick came back and there weren’t any my husband would need to get something else. Not only were they out of wings, but they were out of honey, and every soda except for Orange Fanta and Hawaiian Punch. It’s not so much they the location on I tis and Lasalle in Moreno Valley was out of stock on their product it was there poor attitude and customer service of the cashier Roderick that added insult to injury. My husband is a patient man, but tonight even his patience was pushed passed tolerance admits the confusion and IDGAF attitude from your staff at this location, it’s officially on our our never again list. Popeyes you just lost a customer.
I'll give my honest rate. Customer service was ok, BUT the dinning area was so dirty & disgusting! Flies everywhere. Tables were dirty. Plus food wasn't that even good & way too pricey. First & last time. I do NOT recommend coming here!
Calling this places service horrible is a understatement. I waited for a whole hour just to get 5 pieces of chicken, fries and tenders. Calling this place trash would be giving it a compliment. People are nice but the service sucks so bad
Very up set. Bough 8 Pic. Of chicken and all we got was 5 wings ,1breast,and two thighs. No legs at all. We should of got 2 wings,2 legs, 2thighs,and two breast. Chicken was dry had sat to long . The others times we have gone there everything was great that is why we come to MV because the two places in Perris are worst.Food: 2/5
Ordered food at 635pm. One of the workers started making our food and 30 mins later we asked about our food and the same girl said that she remembers the order, but didn't know what happened. Then said she thinks the ticket fellFood: 3/5
We waited in line for 20+ minutes only to be told there's no coleslaw. Not only this, but the guy at the register has long hair and no hair net, very unsanitary.
I ordered on the mobile app and that was great. There were 7 cars in front of me and it took over 45 mins to get my order. The fries were very cold, they did not include any utensils or sauce & I asked for extra, there was none. They gave the order with no drinks when I ordered 4 sweet teas. When I asked for my drinks they gave me an eye roll and gave me the drinks with no ice at all. The red beans and rice has something in it and looks like dog food meat. I’ve never seen any kind of meat in red beans before and it had a lot in it. I threw away both containers. I am starving and cannot eat since I had to throw it away. I am so disgusted! The employees were being so lazy and talking to each other non stop,
