I managed to order food just as they were shutting, so the server gave me a couple of extra pieces of chicken, as I presume they would have been put to waste otherwise.  Unfortunately there was no seating allowed as they were shutting.  The chicken was perfectly crispy. The chips weren't as good as the chicken, but good enough for a takeaway.  Great location and easy to find on Flatbush avenue.

Best Popeyes I’ve ever been to by far. Super clean, great staff that were warm and friendly. The store manager Sunny Kumar went above and beyond to accommodate by very specific request. Amazing experience. Definitely recommend!

Lol they played me at this location I brought the 3 piece strip meal and when I got back to my job I had about 8 pieces of fried skin. Maybe 3 good pieces of chicken. I'm gonna still go back but damn  Wheelchair accessibility: If you were in a wheelchair you would be able to go in

Food is always great customer service is outstanding. I felt as if my sandwich didn't have enough sauce and they compensated by giving me extra in a cup.

On my first visit, the female cashier in a manager's uniform gave me a receipt with the restaurant number and location ripped off. When I asked her for the restaurant number so I could take a survey and redeem a coupon, she gave me the wrong number.  Second visit: I realized my debit card was lost/stolen while in line and Aicha, my cashier, felt very comfortable being unhelpful and unempathetic while her male manager stood behind her sorting chicken:  Me: "Do you have a lost and found?" Aicha: "No" Me: "What do you usually do with lost items you find here?" Aicha: "We don't do anything with lost items"

I didnt like how yesterday  me and my partner went to popeyes and they closed earlier. Coming from Customer service , i was very disappointed  because I was looking forward to eating popeyes. Its loosing money and sales and I feel like they do that every other week. Then the girl had the nerve to turn the light on for her " closing" and when people thought that they was opened , she raising the sign saying closed. If I was a mystery shopper I wouldve definitely  gave 0 stars and I hope.cooperate see this rate and make a difference. It was just really distasteful  to see they wasnt caring and putting the Customer FIRST!
