Without a doubt we were IMPRESSED. When you go to McDonald's, during the lunch rush, one usually expects chaos, incorrect orders, sticky surfaces, the works. This particular McDonald's did NOT fit that mold. The ladies handling the front counter dominated their work day. There were a plethora of customers, orders coming in left and right, a "homeless man" getting in everyone's way begging for food [with a WAD of cash in his hand], it was insane. Those ladies were calling out order numbers, handing out drinks, communicating with the back, each other, and the customers with precision and clarity that I have rarely seen especially in a fast food restaurant. Plus the food was actually really good! I do have to give a shout out to the sweet tea. Im from Mississippi and finding good sweet tea here in NYC is a difficult task. The Sweet tea from here was absolutely amazing!!

I literally have the photos to prove it…this McDs isn’t worth it after 2am…probably midnight, because that’s the crew that throws your food in the bag and expect you to eat it as such. We get it, there’s a lack of employees. The food industry is probably getting more delivery drivers than actual fast food workers, but just treating ppl food like the ACTUAL ppl on the street. We may be drunk/high when ordering this late, but it doesn’t mean we’ll eat anything. I didn’t even get to enjoy my meal. $10 down the drain for unappealing and inedible food

Got a cup of coffee and used their restroom. The coffee was good but there was no lock to put on while using the restroom. The cashier was professional and the service was quick.Food: 4/5

This spot where Flatbush Ave Ext meets Fulton St has a cozy feel to it. You never hear about anything getting out of hand here disagreements, and that's good. I enjoy eating here when I'm passing through the downtown Brooklyn area. Just when you think customer service is at an all-time low, the staff here is always friendly. Even when calling repeat meal numbers. Lol, thank you service, McDonald's staff.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE. Wanted to grab a quick coffee, turned out a 25 minute wait without any notice from the staff. When we said that it’d be great to notify customers about the waiting times, the manager told us to get out and not speak much.  Never again

First of all. This is the only McDonald’s by my house so I’m very disappointed. The food is always cold because they take a very long time to prepare your order . The staff that works here are very young women who always have an attitude. A frappe was made for my son and there was hair inside. I did not return because I wasn’t walking all the way back. The service sucks which makes the food suck. They need new management and new staff. This is ridiculous!

Ordered a burger. Got home opened to see it was just some cold stale bread and cheese with no meat inside. This place is a joke.

For a mcdonalds? Pretty good. Interior was clean, lots of tables, food came out correct. My 4 star rating is because it was a bit sheer madness trying to pick up your order. Other mcdonalds down the street have a order queue on a monitor so you can see 'oh my order is being made' or 'oh its done, i should ask them'. This had nothing. I imagine if you came too late to pickup, and they already called it, you're screwed. You'd just wait there like an idiot for your order and they'd never call your name. Strange for them not to have this feature that other mcdonalds have.

Took 25 minutes to get a 4pc chicken nugget happy meal...  After speaking to numerous employees, the food was sitting there getting cold.  They also had no milk, huge disappointment, even for a McDonalds.

Slow. Half of the machine, are Down. I don’t think they know how to read. You have to wait just for your drink, about the time you receive it, the food is cold. Most of the employees are goofing off or flirting with other employees
