I always give this place the benefit of the doubt and every single time the food isn’t good. It always tastes so bland and unseasoned and never warm. I ordered spicy chicken and it’s not spicy at all and I’ve had spicy at other locations so I know what it tastes like, so disappointing. The staff isn’t very welcoming either. Only come here cause it’s close to my place but I’d rather just make the drive to a further and better one.

All I can say is wow. Went through drive through, part of our order was boneless wings. 7/24 @ 845pm. Drive thru person could barely understand our order and difficult accent to understand. Boneless showed up with bones. Put this person in the kitchen and replace with a proficient English speaker.Food: 3/5

Bought Cajun fries. This is all I got for $4.70.  I have to pay for sauce. The fries came cold and the lady didn't wear gloves. Never coming back here or to ANY Popeyes. My eyes popped when I saw the little cold fries I got.Food: 1/5

Hands down! This location has the best chicken! I've lived in this community for almost 20 years. I've recently purchased a home several miles away. Eventhough there's a Popeyes a few minutes away from my new home, it's nothing like the Popeyes in Jefferson Park.  In fact, that's the only location that visit that ALWAYS leaves me satisfied. The chicken is consistently fresh,  and the workers, cook, and staff,  the manager, Jonathan,  are so friendly.  It's definitely worth going the 20 minute drive. I am always satisfied and leave feeling full, happy and smiling.  Thank you to the best Popeyes in the city of Chicago.  Yummy ..... love that chicken from Popeyes!!!

I have to say the best customer service ever. I can to this location and it was clean. The staff were very accommodating! I just love when I get great service and I hope the management sees this and gifts the associate La that were working tonight. They are for sure taking care of this location!Food: 5/5

This Popeyes raises their prices on Uber Eats SO MUCH. $6.50 more for the exact same 5pc tenders combo here compared to the Popeyes on Harlem.

The lady latonya was not pleasant didn't smile say thank you how can I help just looked at you food was just warm considering that it was supposed to be ready at 2:15 and didn't come out to 2:18 and I was a 5-minute drive My potatoes were cold to my fries were warm and the chicken was warm most of all she went back to sneak a bite to eat of something and the store manager asked her to get something and she ate and didn't even wash her hands and went to get some foods from a hot warmer

I did not have a good experience here. I kept telling the gentleman what I wanted, and he kept telling me, "Oh, that's gonna cost a lot." We also had communication breakdown, and I left very dissatisfied.Food: 4/5
