Wait 20 minutes in line after I ordered through drive throu then when got to window nothing was ready not even the drink thou I complained to cashier she ignored me and just took the money not even greeting me then I didn't even get a receipt from my order, as I get back on the highway my husband waited for food to cool down and what do you think he found ! (A hair) in his red bean and rice. He was discussed and upset so I tried to call the store several times and no one answered but there was a high siren noise at the end of calls and I do hope some one in charge sees this

My husband and I just moved to New Braunfels. We're still in the process of moving and don't have our household goods yet so we can't coo. We went to Popeyes tonight so he could get dinner. It was after 8:30. We waited a few minutes to order and when we got to the window the kid there took at least 5 minutes to take our payment. We waited at least 5 more minutes for my husband's food. We were there at least 15-20 minutes waiting on food. You would think it would be cooked fresh. Wrong!! It was old, cold and the wings were small and hard. Barely edible. I called at about 9:45 pm to inform the manager but no one answered the phone. I wish I would've went online and read the reviews first. I can say that the bad ones are correct. This place is not good and I would not recommend it for anyone wanting to eat there.

They got my order wrong, argued with me about and took forever. Not to mention while standing in front of me discussing what was going on started speaking spanish to each other ( i do not speak the language) and had to have another customer tell me they were calling me a liar and a cheap ass! I will never eat at this location again!!!

Worst service ever. No one know what they were doing. I paid for 2 meals and recieved just one, when I mentioned this to the employees they were more interested in pointing their fingers at whos fault it was ratjer than correcting the issue. There was no attempt to explain nor apologize. Just refund and bye

Love Popeyes we shared 3 pc. Chicken was as if it had been under heat way to long everything else was great.
