POOR MANAGEMENT ensures POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and guarantees POOR VOLUME of REPEAT CUSTOMERS for a great brand. Let's face it, the likelihood of having a great experience when using the Drive-through or counter services at the Madison Rd. location is... as most other reviews indicate... POOR. Manager "Eugene" wholly lacks even a fundamental understanding of what it takes to create a positive customer experience. His management sets a poor example for his employees, many of whom should not have been hired for this industry to begin with. Employees lack any resemblance of professionalism or awareness of common courtesy, and appear to be minimally concerned with getting orders right. The bottom line is that Hitching Post, a well-established local eatery specializing in great fried chicken and great customer service, is just across the street. Why continue to humiliate and disappoint yourself by continuing to patronize Popeye's at this location? You do deserve better. In the meantime, be proactive and contact Popeye's Corporate Office about your experiences at the Madison Rd. location. An email form can be found on the Popeye's website under "contact us".

Popeyes used to be a great place to eat dinner, but they've raised prices and made you buy the drink separate. It ends up being priced too high for what it is. I don't go often these days.

Service staff is poor. Very unfriendly. Didn't check order. I would recommend staying away even though food is good for what you pay.

When you want Louisiana style chicken this is the place, good biscuits and have to top it off with a southern style ice tea
