Apparently, the Chicago style crust is 2 thin layers of dough piled on top of each other, and the top layer is uncooked. I'm including pictures in case you don't believe me. It was nasty! All 3 of our Chicago style crusts were the same way: uncooked, soggy and gross! 

I was also greeted 2 times at the front and both times the employee walked away and never came back. I waited 30 minutes longer than my requested time to have the food ready and the only reason I got my food was because I finally stopped a third person and explained I had been waiting 25 minutes for food and I had to get back to work. Another 5 minutes later, it was finally brought out to me.

I watched multiple people walk in and wait for someone to seat them, watched employee after employee walk by and ignore them...and then walk back out! Smart move. Worst experience ever. Save your money and go somewhere else that cooks your pizza and actually wants you there!

Fantastic experience everyone I go with my friends. Always helpful staff. And the happy hours after 9 pm are the best thing ever here.
In happy hours, Always eat the 2$ Pizzas and 3$ beer to chug 'em down with, also tried the 8$ Steak Burger on Wednesdays. Wow. The best place to eat out at night.

Went with a big group and they were very patient and accommodating! Very nice place, clean and good food. We all scored with the $2 pub pizza!

Our favorite place to relax after a long day. Super friendly staff. The late night specials are the best. You can't go wrong.  They have some of the best pizza.

We barely had to wait for a table.  The service was quick and friendly.  I can't say enough about how good the deep dish pizza was.  I have been to several places in Chicago and it is comparable.
