Poppycock Tattoo & Piercing is a custom tattoo and piercing shop that has been serving clients on the corner of 8th and Orange in downtown Wilmington since 2009. Come with an idea in hand or head -- we will draw your custom design to your specifications. We also have lots of pictures to look through to help you create your perfect tattoo. Jewelry is included in our piercing prices, and we have lots of starter jewelry to choose from. We also carry lots of custom jewelry and plugs. Stop in today or contact us for more information! I just had a tattoo done by Eric. It's my 4th tattoo, but it was by far the easiest and best experience. Eric did an amazing job using my ideas to design the perfect tattoo. The tattoo itself is better than anything I could have imagined. The atmosphere was professional, but also relaxed. I felt at ease getting my first tattoo in 7 years. I will be sure to recommend Poppycock to my friends and I am sure I will be returning in the future to get more!

I've been to Poppycock Tattoo 3 times. 2 for tattoos and 1 time for a piercing. Each time I went to Eric. I have three lovely tattoos (one of which is a cover-up that I thought would never be able to be changed into something so detailed yet simple. My other two tattoos are so finely done and beautiful. I got my first tattoo here and the artists know how to work with virgin skin. I didn't even feel the tattoo at all. I had 0% pain for every single one of my tattoos, and my nose piercing was over in 2 seconds and it healed very very well and was even and aligned perfectly. All in all this shop is very refined and professional; don't let the location make you think otherwise. I love every single one of my tattoos and I am actually going back to have my shoulder piece done by Eric in three weeks. To anyone trying to chose between this shop and another search no more because Poppycock is one of the best shops in Delaware and quite possibly the whole tri-state area.

Love this place my sister told me to go here and I'm so glad I did! People were nice and personable very easy to talk to which made me relaxed before getting my tattoo. Pricing is very good for the amazing work done here. Definitely going back!

Got my septum pierced here by Eric. Probably some of the best piercing prices in Delaware. Everyone is super nice and knows what they're talking about. They have a huge selection of jewelry as well. Clean environment and tools as well. The shop manager Allison is super rad and the owner Tina is an A+ business owner and tattooer. Definitely worth checking out!!

Eric was awesome!!! The shop was easy to find, super clean and everything was explained to regarding aftercare...and conveniently they even sell the sea salt there in the shop!!! I would definitely recommend going here!!! I drove all the way from Thorndale, PA just to see Eric!
