To all truck drivers that have to come here beware it is a very tight spot to get in the location. You will have to open the gate all the way and you can spin inside to back into dock. Just stay real tight and your be okay.
Other then that the people are nice; unloading is a little slow but they will get you out within an hour or 2.

The guys at the Portland Group were great. They answered all my questions and had some really hard to find parts in stock. The other reviewers are obviously disgruntled Giants fans.

I called ahead with   the name o  the  plumbing company that sent me there to get April Aire Filters
and they knew what I wanted and told me how to get   to Portland, on Franklin,there off of 126, how to avoid one way streets. With all that help to get there you assume they have the filters.
Got there, brought filters in and they said ,"We don't carry them."  Without apology and with a straight face...like  , sorry lady, and then they told me to go to another place in Framngham, so full of hope, off
I went...got there , and  they said, they are thinking of carry them and told e to go to Southboro or Marlboro.
I was a little sad , since I don't do much drviing...  but now   I feel sorry for  the people who have such jobs ....Just think  about it, old dirty places to work in, thousands of   parts and things, people who want service today,if possibl
I know the AprilAire Filters are on line...
And it is the middle of summer, all too short summers....
