The staff that helped me was extremely helpful.  They shared a lot of useful information that we were not getting from other stores. However, I did overhear a different staff member putting a hard sell on another customer - an experience that we were getting at other stores.    I was very glad the second staffer was not the one helping us.

Dave Perodeau was incredibly helpful! I had to pick out plumbing fixtures, toilets, sinks and vanities for our new house, and I could not have done it without his help, guidance and patience. I would recommend him to everyone.

Personalized and very patient service. I am a 'do it yourself' homeowner who had a ton of questions.  Had all the parts needed, made great suggestions, extremely knowageable.
