They have roaches running around in their lobby leading up to the steps to where the storage units are. The facility is very DIRTY and unkempt. It smells like urine and a mixture of something else. The staff member with the the scary tattoos and dermal piercings portruding out of his head with various other piercings on his face was very intimidating, rude, unprofessional and ensured I would never do business with them. He was incredibly venomous and went out his way to be mean. Roaches, digusting facility, staff who are unprofessional in appearnce and behavior. If you care about quality don't waste your money here.

I needed to get a storage unit and was fretting about all the details, (as one does) but when I arrived at Portland Storage Company all my worries went away. The staff is very helpful. I immediately got a tour of the facility and found the perfect storage unit after only a few minutes. My trips to and from my storage unit are super easy - I sign in at the front, grab a cart, load everything onto it and then make my way to my unit. In total, I spend maybe 20 minutes or less during each visit. The units are clean and the prices are REALLY great. Some days at the facility are busier than others, obviously. The reason that my rating is 4 stars and not 5 is because of the lack of close parking. If I wasn't bringing in heavy or multiple items every visit and didn't need a cart, I would be able to find street parking easily. However, parking on the lot which is closest to the building is really hard to find and I feel like the lot is being utilized by people that are not currently using the facility or are at a different location entirely (there are a lot of businesses nearby and even one inside of Portland Storage Co.) This is a frustrating aspect, but it's my only complaint. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit. The cost is much better than any other storage company in Portland (i.e. Public Storage) and from what I've heard and experienced, the staff is much nicer here and the units are very clean. You definitely have to be creative with parking, but it's doable.

This place is superb. The best customer service that you will ever receive in any storage facility. Wendy is the BEST!!
