Story

POSH Med Spa is a small community boutique in Old Town Alexandria offering both laser and medspa anti-aging services. Over the past two years POSH added a wellness spa for all age groups. Our staff includes a Nurse Practitioner, Plastic Surgeon, Estheticians, Permanent makeup artist and Licensed Massage therapists. We are proud to be a part of Old Town community and serve you.

We strive to make your experience memorable and rejuvenating. Through our intensive research into Longevity and Anti-aging protocols, we have gathered some of the finest quality gold-standard esthetic lasers, medical-grade skin care products, and pharmaceutical grade supplements.

Diane is wonderful to work with. She's a registered nurse who has worked with a plastic surgeon as well as emergency work. She knows the products she is working with and has an artistic eye. I've used her for a series of treatments and am happy with the results.

( His Wife) ... I will NOT to go this place again. I wasn’t satisfied with service iat all. The staff was very rude, especially when I explained my desires about how I wanted my Botox done.  She said she would not do it the way I wanted . But in response she told me to see my former doctor, if I won’t allow her do it how she wanted to.
secondly,  she wanted me buy a lot more units then  I usually used before.
I don’t believe that she used all of the 20 units I paid for and she didn’t utilize extra units for my forehead as requested
Ps. If you want bad service, pay 💰 more, and an argumentative staff, then by all means come here. Good luck.

Stay away ....i wouldnt even give it one star....i should have none when the person couldnt explain their services. Showed up the manager/owner or so she said  was late..had to call standing outside.  Watered down botox... No results at all!!..... went back and she insulted me and said she was number one in the  buisness... ..and I was nuts because i had results. It was an unorganized circus event. ....
