The place is very nice and all the staff I interacted with was great.  I also got a great haircut, but I am not sure a $48 cut is something I will do on a recurring basis.  You also need an appointment.  They don't allow tips to be added with your credit/debit card so you have to tip with cash which is really annoying.  However, they do have an ATM.  Last time I was there they give a 5% discount if you pay with cash.  The other downside is in this area you have to pay for parking.  Four stars due to the parking and cash-only tip situation.

The barbers at the Gentlemen's Quarters are friendly, professional, and courteous. They cut hair according to instructions and offer suggestions of their own. I found GQ a year or so after moving to the DC area, and now use it exclusively for my hair cut. The process takes about 1/2 hour for me and includes a shampoo and drink of your choice.

My new girlfriend was like - you are absolutely getting a back wax if you expect to be seen in public with me. I was nervous about it but took a fresh look around at the guys she was pointing out at the pool and realized I had been embarrassing myself for years. Ten years later, and with exceptional service from Touria, I am a changed man. Touria, Esthetician, is professional, friendly and someone for whom I am proud to endorse/recommend.

Yelp, a one star for now, because i made a reservation two days ago for 9am and after I booked it, it showed me from 9am-9:45am is how long give or take the appointment would take. As I write this review it is 9:17am and their doors are still closed. Hours of operation say 9-8 mon-friday.... they are still closed. Not very professional nor do they want my business I suppose. I usually don't write crummy reviews and always give benefit of the doubt which is why I am still waiting until 9:20am, if no one shows up by then, I will leave and probably won't come back...thanks for being a disappointment

I've been getting my hair cut by Stephen for many years and every time I receive great service. The whole team is the best!
