If you don't live on campus I suggest you call this location to confirm they deliver to you. We just moved in to our new apartment so we were unpacking and wanted to get lunch delivered. Went online placed an order and after waiting an hour and a half when deliver was only supposed to take an hour I got a call stating we are out of their delivery area and could we come pick it up. I love Potbelly and have eaten at multiple locations over the last decade. There is an absolute breakdown between online order and actual deliver location. I will be going to Jimmy Johns in the future.

Yammy sandwich!! They've offer good good grilled skinny sandwich and awesome milkshake. I oftenly took launch in here. And also, all staff was really kind!👍👍👍

Just spent about 20 minutes in line here when they "promise" less than 8. No direction when you're in line and you have to talk to about 4 different people and repeat your order to each during the process. Had to wait for meatballs to be ready as well. Food is good. Service needs work.

So this semester(spring 2017) there was small price hike on the entire menu. The cost use to be about 7.62 for a 9 in, now its upto about 8.60. I would say it is absolutely a bit pricey for what you are getting. The Sandwhiches aren't anything special by any means. The service is always great even when lines are extremely long, they able to quickly and efficiently get everyone through the line. Overall Would recommend.
