Stopped in yesterday and was helped by a beautiful young lady named Delores. I must say she was very pleasant and helpful. My experience was great and not painful at all. I'm just not understanding these bad reviews at all.. Have to stop back in before I leave and I hope she's working so I won't have to give a bad review..lol

They’re customer service does not pick up and leads me to the Dean of Engineering. Theyre phone goes straight to voice mail during business hours!! I just wanted a simple question answered so I don’t have to go all the way there to find out they can’t service me.

Dear owner... I've read through many if your comments and it seems you might do better investing your time in getting a better customer service leader in your store. At this point your ratings are so low you need to strive for over the top customer service from this point forward. As a customer relationship manager, I understand the challenges you are faced with as you try to turn around your ratings and your stores image. Hopefully you can find the right manager in your store... professionalism and service stink from the head down... if you have a Manager with a poor attitude most likely your employees are mimicking what they see and also probably hate their job because of the tense work environment that a poor leader can bring. Team building,team incentives, team appreciation team accolades all of these things can help with this sort of thing and inspire a more positive work environment that strives to go above and beyond. Employees are more loyal than willing to go the extra mile and they love their job and feel as though they are appreciated. Simple things like gift cards for the employee of the month can help employees work towards having a better attitude. I am actually on my way to visit your store now. hopefully I will find a pleasant experience despite the reviews. I pray you find the right leader who can help turn the store around to one that has exceptional best in class customer service.

I am highly offended. Thomas should not be working with the public especially if he has a problem with minorities. All I wanted was some notarized. He said they doesn't do notary, which is a lie because the young lady did a few for me before. He said this location never offered that service and when I pulled out a previously notarized paper he said well she not here so go somewhere else. Then states that he wouldn't;t notarize my paper anyway he doesn't;t help black people.

The guy who was assisting me was VERY RUDE! Never in my life have I been treated so rudely that way! I want to return a package delivered by UPS and he first told me $40, and then $20, and then $15. LIKE DOESN"T UPS have a standardized price tag? Or the assistant can charge whatever price they want? Secondly, he kept asking me for stuffs that he wasn't sure about, and when I ran back to office and showed him the return label he told me he can't deliver it and told me to South Philly. I don't think they are knowledgable about their own company policy. I called customer service and they told me completely different thing! Honestly the only reason I would come back is that there is no other FedEx or DHL around and such a horrible customer service! FedEx and DHL are much better!
