I am convinced all the good reviews are from employees! This store is in serious need of organization and structure. Every time I go inside there are boxes and carts everywhere. It makes it impossible to look at the aisles because there is something in front of it. The employees are rude and obviously haven’t been informed of customer service do’s and dont’s. There is always only one register open and a line that wraps around. It seems that no care is given because if the neighborhood and the economic status of customers.

A little bit goes a long way. Awhile ago I had a bad experience here with a cashier. I went back today and was a few cents short on my purchase...I offered to transfer funds, get back in line and redo it...to keep cashier moving the line...she actually told me "don't worry about, have a great day" it was a small jesture ,but it meant a lot to me. She is a thick datk skin muslem sister and she did me a solid. Kudos to her and to thier teqm

My experience with family dollar is it all depends what location you go to!! It's usually packed with items but many are not in the right aisle and just much to high..when I was at one location I needed some stuffing and every box had been opened.
