I was looking for a rare plant for my climate, so while they did not have it in stock the staff was VERY helpful it trying to find it.  They were plesant on the phone and quickly checked their inventory for me.

Their growers did not have my plant available, but she took my name and number incase she could find a place to have it shipped.  This was the first time I have dealt with them and still made me feel as if they cared about me as a customer.
