I am so disappointed in the customer service I have received from Pottery Barn! We ordered a farmhouse table and two benches, along with some other things. On one of the benches, the wood is peeling off! I took a picture, sent it to customer service (12/13), they then sent out a technician who stated that we would receive a replacement bench (that was 1/12/16). I then did not hear anything from anyone. On 1/26 I called customer service again and they said I had to send an email to someone else. So, I did. On 2/1 I still did not get any response. I then called customer service 3 days ago 2/8, they said they would send me a replacement bench this week. I get a call tonight 2/10, from Customer Service stating they could not approve it and will not be able to get back to me until a week or two!! WHAT! Horrible, Horrible Customer Service.  I'm so disgusted.  I bought Pottery Barn so that I would receive GOOD quality and excellent customer service. Boy I was wrong!!!
