Our business was established in 1989 serving Winchester and Frederick county, VA. We have now expanded to serve 19 counties in the tri-state area of WV, VA and MD. We service both residential and commercial clients. Our services go way beyond just fixing pipes. We strive to provide you with quality and professionalism at its best.

Discovered a septic backup at 1:30 am, called their 24 hour service, a customer service representative contacted me at 7:00 am, and Billy and Quentin had the entire system cleared, cleaned and working by 9:30 am.  Mike provided a system assessment with exacting details and an honest recommendation.  I cannot overstate the superb professionalism and efficiency displayed by the Powell Plumbing team.  I have never experienced such personal care and concern that my septic system, house, and happiness were returned to their normal state.  They really do care about their customers.

A service man, Michael, fixed a shower leak that was dripping through the floor/ceiling.  He came in and reassured me the ceiling wasn't going to fall down, explained what he was going to do, did it in the time frame he said, and cleaned everything up.  He was very professional in how he spoke, acted & dressed.  He shared the warranty information & how Powell's Plumbing gives a guarantee as well.  I would definitely call them again.

Have been using Powell's Plumbing for a decade: septic tank cleaning and repair, clogged drains, water heater replacement, and most recently replacement of a well pump.  Responsive, fairly priced, and all crews were professional and spent time to explain what they were doing and why.  Will continue to use them as needed.  Couldn't be more pleased.

A routine septic system inspection this morning showed that our tank needed to be pumped; we were able to schedule the pump-out for this afternoon.  Billy & Quentin did a professional, thorough job, and gave good advice on how to best-maintain our system.  Will be pleased to have them back in 3 years.
