Today was my annual plumbing maintenance check with TLC. I've been a member of TLC Services since 2015 and renewed today. I had a small leak in my master bath toilet and also water not properly draining in the basement from the AC running. I called this morning at 6am and Andrew called within 15 minutes to let me know he would be out after his first appointment. The service called to confirm my time and Andrew called when he was 30 minutes away. The leaks were easy repairs and the jobs were completed with quick professionalism. Everything was shown and explained to me in kind and courteous manner. Very satisfied with TLC and highly recommend them. If you want experience, quality and the job done right, you get what you pay for and TLC is worth every penny.

We recently signed a Preferred Client Agreement with TLC, which is a 24/7 "bumper-to-bumper" membership contract whereby service visit fees are waived, discounts are applied, and we get regular plumbing and electrical inspections. It's a great contract! After the inspection, I asked the electrician if TLC installed outdoor lighting, accenting natural elements, walkways and improving security. Stacy Anns, a very experienced electrician, offered 4 packages to choose from. Once we were in the middle of the plan we liked, he was open and flexible about making adjustments along the way. Stacy and his colleague Tim Joyner spent 3 days installing subtle ambient lighting in strategic locations along the front of our house and in the back yard - placed beneath shrubs and tall trees, sunken in the garden beds, pointing up to cast warm light. Stacy and Tim were clean, efficient, responsive, courteous, upbeat, happy and have impeccable standards for doing things right the first time. Stacy even shored up some spots in our existing lights so that they were up to his standards. We couldn't be more happy with the results!

I switched to TLC a few years ago from another big name company for the service agreement. The old company had good technicians, but their customer service department was a NIGHTMARE to deal with. At TLC, I have found everyone is friendly, helpful and professional. Luckily I haven't had any emergencies, but for maintenance, it's easy to get an appointment. The technicians always arrive in the schedule window and I get a call to let me know they're on the way. Andrew, who services our boiler has the patience of Job with all of my questions about our ancient system, and he's continued to keep it operating beyond it's years. Will and Cody who have taken care of the AC unit are thorough in explaining their findings. They offer recommendations to improve the unit's efficiency without being pushy salesmen. All of the technicians are friendly, professional and leave the house cleaner than when they arrived. So glad I ditched the old company!

I called and got an answering service which cant take your info and their phone connection is horrible crazy slow people and just hung up on me twice. This is the second time I tired to reach this company and they did a great job installing now to get them to setup an appointment and come out is near to impossible. Called months back and no a show. Now I will go elsewhere. To bad.

Our first level HVAC system failed and TLC provided the highest level of professionalism from the moment I contacted them. The owner came to our house, provided us with a nicely detailed bid with several options to choose from, and finished the installation on the same day! Tom and the entire TLC team went out of their way to provide us with the best experience possible. They care about their customers and the quality of the install is impeccable. A frustrating situation was turned very positive and we are now enjoying our nice, cool house.
