I had a flood in my finished basement this morning due to a water heater. I had heard good reviews about Cardinal Plumbing and decided to try them. 
From beginning to end they were fantastic. They got to my house almost immediately and had me up and running in no time. They even sent me an email and picture of the Cardinal employee they were sending. His name was Mark and my wife and I can’t say enough good things about him. Definitely a 5 star rating.

Daniel replaced a toilet in our home today and we were very pleased with all aspects of the service. The work was completed quickly, efficiently and neatly. We will definitely call Cardinal Plumbing again.

We had a problem with our toilet that the plumber had never seen before. But he came up with multiple solutions (which ended up working well) and informed us of the price and pros and cons of each before hand. Will definitely be using again.

Cardinal Plumbing has come through in a pinch twice now. Both were bathroom emergencies that required shutting off the main water supply for the house, which is very inconvenient! 

In the first event, the faucet on the hall bathtub gave out and would not shut off.  It broke on a Friday night and we were expecting company on Saturday. Tony showed up on a Saturday morning and fixed the faucet enabling us to turn the main back on. (Yeah!!)

The second event was actually at an elderly friend's home. Around 2 PM, the supply line for the toilet in the master bath sprang a leak and could not be turned off. Again we had to turn off the main water supply to the house to prevent flooding. My friend has a home contract with another plumbing company (who shall remain nameless and will NOT be getting any future recommendations from me). We tried calling that company and they said they do NOT make emergency calls and could not get to the house until the next morning. Not good. 

Remembering the excellent service I had received from Cardinal at my home, I called Cardinal Plumbing on a chance that they could help. Within 30 minutes their employee (Mark I believe) was at my friend's home to repair the supply line. Best of all, the job was completed within 60 minutes of my call to Cardinal.

Thank you Cardinal Plumbing for excellent service. I really appreciate your prompt attention to my plumbing emergencies.

I recently had the main water line into my house replaced. I was extremely happy with my experience. The people were honest and the work was great.  They quoted me a significantly less price than 2 other big box franchise type companies had.  They will now be my go to plumbing company.
