The equipment is excellent for beginners and athletes. The staff is friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. There are so many additional services from the Kids Zone for busy parents to personal training to massage and group classes. 24-hours access is greatly appreciated. The gym is always clean from the front door all the way back to the well-equipped locker rooms.

Brand new equipment. Great layout. 24/7 Access. Plenty of weights for heavy lifting. Pin-Loaded machines. Cardio equipment. Posing room. Full locker room. All around a great gym.

This is what I have been waiting for in the Kalamazoo area!!!! An organized and clean gym. They actually have a keycard system that works!! Look no further when choosing a gym.....  this is your gym.
