Abigail (Abby) cut and colored my hair, and I am in LOVE! She did a fantastic job! I was very nervous coming in, as I have never colored my hair before; but she reassured me throughout the whole process and I couldn't be happier with the results. I even sent my mom in the next week to get hers done and her hair looks better than I've ever seen it! Not only did Abby do a great job with our hair, but she was extremely attentive and personable. This PR at Partners location also has great customer care and service as a whole. They are professional and also very clean! My mom and I will definitely be coming back to Abby again!!!

The place is nice, clean, and the people are nice.. everyone is friendly. Parking sucks, but hats Old Town. The first time I went, I got a botched color job; a second stylist fixed it a week later and it was amazing. But the botched job could have been an isolated event; they were so apologetic and accommodating that I didn't allow it to influence my rating. I took away a star for two reasons: (1) the flow and feel of the place has a built-around-the-professionals-rather-than-clients vibe... some salons make you feel more welcome and pampered; and (2) they push HARD to sell products. Most salons do this, of course, but I have never felt uncomfortable like I did here. It's like they wouldn't take "no" for an answer; they asked questions about what I did or used and then picked it apart... and of course, the brand they were pushing is the perfect solution. I'm a well informed consumer and didn't appreciate what felt like constant badgering. This also gave the place a more "corporate" feel rather than a neighborhood salon. Not coming back.

Abby cut and hand painted highlights into my hair, and did a fantastic job. The salon itself is comfortable and clean, and all the stylists are very professional.

Abby has been doing my hair for years and has never let me down! I love it at this salon. Everyone is so nice and the salon itself is so cute. But Abby does seriously amazing work. Saying I am hair-challenged is an understatement and yet she helps me find hairstyles that I can maintain and will work with my look. Thanks Abby!
