I tried to return a pair of defective shoes today. I was told that without the box, they wouldn't take them. Carrie the owner wouldn't even offer a store credit. 
This is not typical of our boutique stores in Naples who stand behind their merchandise.

Love a shoe store that actually has narrow shoes available to try on and has stylish ones too!  A small store with a large selection on excellent shoes.
