I had bought some shoes online that were even a better than usual. However they were to small. Finally I had a chance to get in the store 3 months later. The manager exchange them for me. 5 stars in my book.

Huge props to Amado and Jakela for their positive attitudes and help at this store. I'm writing this review because of their excellent service (although yes, the shoes are great too) amid a computer malfunction right before closing. 45 minutes after the store had closed, they were both on the phone with tech support trying to get it resolved and were positive throughout. As a retail employee myself, I can understand how frustrating it can be to stay after hours for customers (sorry!) and they were simply a pleasure to work with. Thanks guys :) Looking forward to my sweet new kicks!
