I am using precious travels for the flight ticket to Lukla and Jomsom which is very difficult to manage. Flight can be frequently cancelled but they have adjusted in helicopter and sometime next day.They are best for Lukla and Jomsom . Highly Recommended. I've used them particularly for domestic travels booking buddha air/shree air etc and trek planning. I have used their service to buy international tickets as well. I am impressed by their agents, especially Rajan ji, who is a wizard when it comes to using that software to get the best deals and any last minute changes that has been required in the past. They outshine others especially with their customer service. Highly recommend!

Awful experience, poor service and bad communication! I believe, I went through 4 different staff, in order to cancel the airplane ticket which was not successful. They kept passing the phone around as they were clueless themselves, which delayed the refund process. The person over the phone said, they will refund 1/4 of the money, but I ended up with nothing due to them delaying the entire process. A lady receptionist had an aggressive attitude, when she had to repeat herself, and she put down the call right after that. In order to get a better understanding of the refund policy, I called Buddha airline company myself. They received my call within a few second. However, the travel agency said that, they could not get hold of the airplane company. The airline company said, my ticket still had not been cancelled yet, but I had informed the travel agency to cancel it almost an hour ago. The whole experience was a nightmare. It is pretty obvious, they did this intentionally to not provide me the refund.
Today I booked a ticket for my brother to Dubai. Later on I came to know that, Price was approx. twice than the other agencies. I trusted the guy called Janak. He assured me not to worry anything and everything required documents to get into the flight would be done by himself/his party. But sadly, I had to do everything, i had to go here and there, i had to deal in most of the places whole day. This was totally unprofessional and very very poor value of service which i never expected. Let me not disclose the price he took from us. Very very dissapointed!!!
Precious Travel is a brand for tour and travel. It has solutions for domestic and international tickets, tour package and helicopter services in a competitive price with better quality. Its dedicated staffs are highly professional and very friendly! I loved transacting with Precious.
