Very friendly and knowledgable.  Explained things in a way I could understand and made me feel comfortable with the repairs on my Audi's oil leak.  

I love that they have a girl mechanic and she is wonderful!  The shop is clean, and the staff took the time to make me feel at peace with everything.  Pretty much the same qualities I look for in a good doctor I found in a mechanic shop.

I was passing through Douglas and I heard a noise on my escape, and I took it to a shop in Douglas on Friday afternoon and they told me my transfer case was shot and it would be a $2000-$3000 dollar job to fix it! Then I took the car to Precision Automotive to get a second opinion and he spent about 2 hours looking for the noise, and said my transfer case was fine, it was a bearing close to the transfer case that was making the noise. He said I should be able to make the drive to El Paso no problem. And I did with no problems!! Thank you so much for your help!!!

Brought my Camry in for an oil change and tire rotation this morning. Teala behind the counter seemed very professional and businesslike. Work was completed within the original time estimate. Price was in line with other local shops and seemed fair. Thanks guys!

Had a issue with u-joints in my truck (I needed to change them like last year). Either way I was deiving down the interstate and started getting a vibration. I called and they got me right in, changed u-joints and notice some other very minor things I was aware of and offered to change them while I waited for parts. Crazy fast, friendly service, great work. I was back on the road in 1.5 hrs.

My girlfriend and I were traveling from MN and my truck overheated to the point where we might've been stranded 1000+ miles from home. After calling several places we were referred to Precision Automotive and thank the lord we were! After about 2 hours we were back on the road and we were able to make it to Jackson. Martin and Tim provided fantastic service, were extremely friendly with us, and even stayed after their closing time to help us- the kind of customer service that every business should strive for. You're lucky to have an autoshop like this in town and I would definitely recommend anybody in the area to visit them for any automotive needs!
