Our garage door quit working. I called early on 12-21-2017 and Precision scheduled an appointment for the same day. The technician called and arrived exactly when he said he would. After inspection, the technician presented the estimate. With this being right before the holidays and having a sick child, the technician called his office, and made an arrangement that we would pay half now, and the balance in 30 days. Once the repair was completed, I paid 50%, and posted a check for the balance for 1-21-2018. On December 26, 2017 the post dated check that I wrote cleared the bank. The technician was excellent, did a great job and was very professional and polite. The business portion is very poor and Precision Garage Door does not honor their promises. This is very disappointing.

Can not recommend Precision Door Service enough! Our technician James showed up quickly and repaired our unleveled garage door and replaced several of the damaged rollers in about an hour. He was very professional and also gave us a very low price quote for a new garage door which we will purchase soon. Give these guys a call and ask for James if you can.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Initially I hired another garage door company to install my garage door opener, but they refused to shorten the beam to fit to my garage door. I called Steve and let him know about the situation. He came out the next day, assessed the situation, and did a great job of installing the garage door opener. It definitely pays to get a second opinion when you are having service done. Steve literally saved me hundreds of dollars because the other garage door company wanted to sell me their garage door opener instead of installing the one I bought to have installed. I will be recommending Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to all my friends and neighbors. Thanks Steve!
