I took my 1999 ml430 in for a heater core flush and was told that my Actuator wasn't working so they couldn't do the flush ,But i got charged 115.00 dollars anyway,only for me to check my actuator and found it was working just fine.so i took my compressor and blew my core out and i have heat to this day.I just wanted them to do as i asked.115.00?for nothing.

They replaced core on my 387 Pete and did a great job being thorough and detailed to ensure the job was done correctly, great job guys, the price was ok but then again nothing's cheap for rigs would definitely recommend or use again no question💯 LVL

Iv known kevin for years. Hes a good christian man. He takes care of his customers. I worked for him and use him as a vendor now that iv moved on with my career. His staff the ones I worked with yeasrs ago was always customer oriented and did a good job. Unfortanitly for the last guy, and I don't know but would take into acount the part was old and could have suffered from some sort of rust cancer. That would explain why after cleaning it came back messed up. I could be wrong. But kevin runs a business and he's aware of word of mouth. And he does the best he can by industry standards. I'm sory to hear his customer was unsatisfied, but if was his fault I know kevin would have steped up. Its not worth it to him to burn sombody. I still use kevin and will for years to come.

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!! I went to this shop to have my motorcycle gas tank boiled and not only did it take three days longer than they told me it would but when I received my tank it looked nothing like it did when I dropped it off! The tank looked like someone had let a bomb off in it and after 3 days and 300$ worth of labor I spent on it they managed to destroy it! I went back to the shop to try to calmly resolve the issue and was greeted by what I would assume is the owners son by him yelling at me and giving me a attitude. I'm sorry but if you are running a business and you destroy something that belongs to a customer you don't fix things by yelling at him. I gave the shop a couple more days to investigate what may have happened to my tank and gave them a replacement tank that I had to buy to show them what the tank look like before they start working on it and after I gave them so many chances they still refuse to take responsibility for it. I am now currently filing a complaint with the Bureau of automotive repair to try to resolve this situation without having to sue the shop. The two pictures I posted on here are the before and after pictures of what my tank looked like.
