It deserves 0 stars. I tried the adult class and it sucks. They mix all the students with different levels including black belts. The classes have everything in it from all the belts. You don't learn progressively. You could ended up hurt or sore after class because there is hardly any warm up or stretching. Be warn if you are just starting martials arts, this is not for you. It is NOT for all the fitness levels in the adult section.

I've known the owner, Steve, for a couple of decades now. His skills are top notch, his staff are great, and the programs he runs are superb. You are in excellent hands! 10/10 would recommend PMA - do not hesitate to sign up and take classes!!

We've been with Mr. Tim from his start in the area through 4 location moves and it's gotten better and better as time has progressed. My daughter has gone from being a little shy to a tiger with a fierce intensity that can conquer the world. Mr. Ronald is so intense and has so much fun with the students of all levels. You won't be disappointed here.

Tim started the school in my daughter's day care, and has grown from having no staff to a fabulous full staff in it's own location - no more back of the daycare! As the classes have grown, so has the expertise level of all the instructors. The staff will take the time to get to know you and what you want to get out of the training and can help you achieve your goals. The Instructors work with kids of all ages to help them learn to be better behaved and make better life choices along the way of growing up. They don't take the place of parenting, but help coach the kids with good suggestions and monthly activities and goals to support your efforts at home. There are lots of special events/trainings to keep you on your toes and suggestions are always welcome. I can't wait to see what happens next in this ever evolving school.
