I'm cancelling my membership.  Between 12/22/2017 & 12/29/2017 all of the classes were cancelled. This was the last straw for me.  This store doesn't care about what their customers want or need.
Clean the cup holders on the exercise equipment. It really grosses me out when I try to put my water down and there is a piece of gum in the cup holder. It really really grosses me out when that piece of gum is still there a week later.
Make sure all of the TVs are working on each piece of equipment each day. If not do a service ticket to get it fixed.  Put a note on the machine to let your customers know you care about their gym experience, are sorry and are working on the issue.  
Order more weights. I didn't take them so I don't care that you have a problem with corporate and they won't allow you to order more.  I just want weights available when I come.
 Stay open and quit cancelling classes all the time. Don't follow the federal government schedule, follow the Gold's gym schedule.  You know your competitor located right across the street.

I was signed up by an employee who visited my store, in signing up I was told that the membership card would be brought to me. Within two weeks of not using the gym, not having my membership information given to me, and losing my means of transportation I called to cancel. Upon ending that call I was under the impression that the membership was canceled. Two months and two more payments later I am trying to dispute everything and have been consistently told that Justin is the only person I can speak with about this. I am still, currently in the lobby awaiting his return from break. This process would have been handled a month and a half ago if there was a professional way to get ahold of Justin K via email or corporate correspondence but every single employee says that I have to speak with him in store and that this information doesn’t exist for their Operations Manager. 
The only way anything has been resolved is by disputing the transaction directly through my bank and LA Fitness took the money right back out the next day.
This is professionally unacceptable and under what would have to be one of the worlds worst business models. 
The next step from here if Justin K does not or cannot resolve this for me today would be to involve the BBB, American Express, and potentially seek a lawyer due to the aggressive nature in collecting money that the company returned and has acknowledged returning.

LA Fitness is probably my favorite gym ever to go to. Great service, diverse equipment, and nice clean facility. Only thing I'd add is towel service and more sinks in the bathrooms. A friend invited me to Life Time Fitness and absolute loved their towel service. LA Fitness should do that. It gives customers a better experience.

I don’t know what ppl can complain about here.  Nothing but satisfactory experience from complimentary pass, sign up, price, to gym use.

It's an gym with a mini pool and decent locker room and weight setup.  They do not clean though.  If going when they first open on a weekday or weekend, expect empty bottles, rags, towels left, etc when starting your workout,  dirty. Oh and weights are never put away at night so go hunting for what you need.  So, I went back to Lifetime Fitness where they have cleaners that work hard and staff that puts weights back throughout the day and take care of the facility.
