Having recently moved into the country, we thought buying our first car was going to be overwhelming. However Willie was an absolute charm to work with. He was very patient in going through our criteria and matching them to what vehicles they had in stock. He explained in depth, the features of the cars that we test-drove, even providing us with comparison with other cars. He followed up diligently to ensure all our questions are addressed. After finalizing the car, we worked with David on the pricing and he sure gave us a great deal. We are really happy with the care and attention provided by Willie and David to our case and highly recommend them and Hendricks Acura Overland Park.

My salesperson Trenton Vega was amazing. He was very informative, friendly, attentive, and helped us out on what he could to sell us the car we wanted. I don’t think we could have asked for a better salesperson! We are definitely coming back to Trenton Vega for future car purchases.

I found this 2010 TSX on Acura Of Overland Parks website, over a week ago. Called the number and got Don Smith. Don was extremely helpful and willing to do whatever it took for us. He made the purchasing decision so much easier. He was able to send me all the service records (at my request), he went over and above to send me images of some areas of question. Ultimately we (my wife and I) decided to make the 3 hour trip to view the car. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. We also dealt with Tim Griffith on the financing side. Both Don and Tim were wonderful to deal with. Would not hesitate to drive again to purchase another car in the future. In fact, when do decide to buy again, it is without a doubt where we will look first. The knowledgeable staff and easy going nature of the salesman are what drew us to this dealer. We looked local, and were not pleased with the salesman at a dealer locally. Overall experience I would rate Acura of Overland Park 10/10, and Don a 11/10. This is how car buying should be. From the professionalism, quality of the vehicle, willingness of the staff hands down the best experience we've ever had.

Drove 35 minutes to look at a car they said was on their lot. When we got there, the car wasn't there. It turns out that it was being transported in from North or South Carolina because it wouldn't sell in another one of a Hendrick dealership. Checked the Carfax and the car was originally from Florida. The salesman apologized but said they had plenty of other cars to chose from. Really?

I took my Acura MDX in 2 days ago because it was not starting and had a low battery. Elliot and his team were able to diagnose the rare problem and the cost was very, very minimal. Elliot explained everything very well and even showed me the tiny part that was malfunctioning. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and a more honest service technician.
