They are a bunch of miserable, unhappy employees. They are so rude and have the worst customer service skills ever. Especially the girl that sits to the right with long hair. And not to mention the rude ass security guard. They acted like I was gonna rob the bank or something. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. All I wanted to do was make a deposit and it was a whole freak out thing because it was 1:03 pm on Saturday. Well dumb asses, your doors were unlocked. And when I called to make a complaint you can't even leave a message. I am so pissed off and I will never step in that lame ass place again!!!

I've had nothing but problems with this bank. I'm not sure they train anyone. When my account was opened the guy who opened it swapped two numbers in my SSN. This was a very obvious mistake. I had to bring in my marriage certificate, drivers license, social card, W2, then wait for a manager to get this resolved. As if I have nothing better to do with your mistake and my time. After 2 weeks past and we hadn't received our checks I stopped back in and instead of looking into it the guy says 7-14 BUSINESS days. I just want to smack people who say that crap. It's just an excuse to not do your job. So I call the moron back a few days later that's when he finally looks into it and finds out that they were never sent! So then they have to be overnighted to me. If the lazy jerk (same guy that transposed my SSN) had just looked into it they wouldn't have had to overnight it. Then I need a copy of a check for purchasing a home. I go to the banking counter as to avoid idiot who opened account. I get told they have to order that from microfilm. 😳 say what? What year are we in that you can't print a check? The girl was getting this info from idiot via an instant messenger. Then they start just yelling back and forth about my account. They tell me they will have to order it and will call me when it's available. Which was a few hours later. I stop by the next time I was in the area. Then no one can find it and idiot keeps yelling about it across the bank again. Another time I go in and I damaged my card and needed a new one printed. This turned into an issue of the instant messaging and yelling across the bank. Do any of the tellers have any training or do they just have idiot there to tell them the wrong way to do things. Then there's the dispute process. Not one person at this company does things the same. They all make up the way to do this and then you basically have to follow up with it over and over. Sometimes they fraud block your account and lie and say they will overnight your card. Other times they have you sit on the phone for hours only to not have done the dispute at all. All of my accounts and investments will be removed from this idiot fest by the end of the month. I already started working to move the investments then I just have to close the accounts. Oh and They are not upfront with fees on investments and really do what's in their best interest and not the consumer.

Not a fan. Poor customer service. Seemingly uninterested and the employees don't even smile.

They have the worst customer service they are rude and snyde. There systems are always down. They never seem to know what's going on with there systems. There app never works. They don't return calls or take responsibility for when they mess up. Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with.
