Always a long wait to be helped. Service is bad. However there are a few good tellers that seem to actually care about the customer service they provide. Bankers that are in the lobby are usually gossiping. Only positive note is that the tellers and bankers are bilingual.

Trash..nothing but a bunch of low lifes..take your money and leave ...they don't give a Damn about you..as long as they get your money. Won't work with you..most of the time can't help you. They take your money. Don't every work with these banks

Nice customer service from taller line, but always pad and has long lines. Feel like bankers are always too busy, and no time for new customers. I think they can use more employees and better banker customer service here. Also feel really odd with one closing door over here.

Terrible business policies. 

Went in to get change after an appointment in the same building. How convenient that I can get change in the same building, right?

Wrong. If you're not a customer, no change for you. While the clerk was extremely polite, kind, and apologetic, this is just a crappy policy from a crappy company. 

In case you've been under a rock, Wells Fargo was involved with a massive scam of opening fake accounts for clients to get bonuses... 

How are they planning to succeed if they treat customers and non-customers so poorly? 

Don't support this corporate slime and take your business elsewhere 💪🏻 Chase offers $200 to open a checking account 😎

Horrible customer service . banker named Ebelia stated i could not read and cut me down in front of my kids. and has very bad customer service by branch manager miguel. Denied access to my account after showing valid I.D. cause rent to be late.Avoid at all cost
