I had made an appointment the day before to have my nails done during my lunch hour.  I get there and I had to wait 20 minutes to be seated.  Then several people came by asked what I needed done and would walk away and go and service somebody else.  I would have preferred they tell me up front we just take walk ins and I would not have wasted my time.  I left without getting my nails done.

They were absolutely amazing and everyone of the nail techs are really good. Not to mention they are fast. Its a good place to go during your lunch break.

Went here recently March 3rd & they did horrible . I stayed there for two hours for a pedicure and a full set. My toe nail polish already chipped and it’s only been one day . I also have Lil black dots on my nails . I have gel polish on my toes and nails ! & I got my nails short for the first time & my Shape it’s straight . Don’t look like she tried

I have to say they are expensive but they do a stellar job on the nails. I went with shellac (dip), and 2 weeks later it is still COMPLETELY intact. With gel, I tend to subconsciously pick at the loose parts at the bottom, and wind up having to take it all off. I have not even felt tempted, and honestly I don't think there are any loose spots. I only say 4 stars because for 36 dollars it would have been nice if they said up front it did not include most of the typical manicure amenities (cuticle clipping, hand massage, that sort of stuff). The service was not super friendly, but definitely professional. I find you get friendlier service in nail salons when you are a repeat customer, so this may be the case here. Will be returning!
